The Milk Masterpiece CT-Pro model is designed to help you prepare the right amount of high-quality milk cream for your customers' drinks faster. The steam boiler provides the right pressure, milk cream, heat, froths to a silky texture and accurate dosing to give you the froth you need for any drink. Micro cream is perfectly prepared for all milk types and provides accurate portioning at the right temperature. It provides easy frothing, including herbal milks. It is not possible for the milk to mix with each other. Temperature settings and frothing settings are extremely responsive and can be changed on-screen from one dosing to the next. There is no waiting time between servings, so you can continue portioning up to approximately 180 liters per hour. End of day cleaning can be done via an automatic program. No special parts required to be replaced daily.
